Payment By:

Credit card ( Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard ), Cheque or Money Order ( Funds to be cleared before shipping ). Direct deposit. Paypal.

Claims:

All claims must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for faulty items can only be made if you still have the item. Claims can not be made for items if you have thrown them away without our instruction to do so. 

Returns:

No returns will be accepted unless:

  • Notification of intent to return must be given within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • An R.A. number must be obtained before goods are returned, goods returned without a R.A number will not be accepted.
  • Goods returned must be unused and in original unmarked packaging. (see below for items not meeting this criteria)
  • We will not accept any goods returned by C.O.D. delivery.
  • Made to order items (one off items) and items which are not stock standard lines or special orders, embroidered or of unusual sizing are not returnable.
  • No return on items that require refrigeration (ie tetnus injections, pregnancy tests etc...)
  • Clearance/Sale items are not returnable so please choose carefully

 

Goods returned for credit/exchange:

  • Credit/Exchange is for goods returned only.
  • No credit will be given for freight charges.
  • Some items will attract a 20% restocking fee, these are items that are ordered in specially or are items that are not a stocked line in store and any items over $300.
    You can confirm if your items are a stocked line prior to ordering by emailing or calling our office.
  • Change of mind items that are returned in unsellable condition - marked / used or dirty will also incurr a stocking fee of 20% minimum

**If you need to return an item, simply login to your
account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My
Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail
once we've received and processed the returned item.

Postage Times and details:

Items in store are shipped same day as order. Some items are made to order or stocked off site. These items ship within 2-14 days. Orders that contain products that are required to be transferred for dispatch or items that are being specially ordered in/pre-order items will incur a 20% re-stocking should the order be cancelled once these items have begun transferring or have already been specially ordered. If you select Express Post the items will be sent Express as soon as they are ready for dispatch within the 14 day period, if required overnight we suggest you either call, note in comment section on order or email for delivery confirmation. Customers will be contacted if any items are on backorder and cannot be supplied within the 14 day period. Our online store does not run a 'live inventory' on all lines therefore some items will occassionally be out of stock or on backorder. With clearance items stock will be allocated on order times, so first in best dressed.   

Some orders may be split shipped for your convenience.

Some items may exceed Australia post's size requirements, you will be contacted by a staff member to advise any additional postage charges should a courier be required.

Orders that exceed a certain weight value will default to $0 postage and freight will be adjusted manually at the cheapest option available to the customer.

International customers are expected to check if their items ordered are not restricted in their country and allowed to be cleared through customs. 

Any parcels that are undeliverable or returned to sender for any reason will incur a surcharge fee of $20.00 this is to cover the return postage fee that we are in turn charged for the returned parcel.
